Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor. It is best to take this medication on an empty stomach or with a meal. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Do not skip or split the tablets. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
